Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed joint and several liquidators of TOP NOTCH CONTRACTING AND LANDSCAPE LIMITED (in liquidation) and TOP NOTCH FENCING WHAKATANE LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 29 September 2023 at 12.00pm and 1.40pm respectively.
