ELITE LANDSCAPE AND DESIGN LIMITED (in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ELITE LANDSCAPE AND DESIGN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 7 February 2023 at 10.30am on the application of Inland Revenue.
We fix 14 March 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
