Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Stephen White were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company on 13 September 2023 in the place of Craig Young. The liquidation commenced on 25 August 2023 by resolution of the shareholder under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) and Craig Sanson and Stephen White were appointed replacement liquidators on the resignation of Craig Young under section 283 of the Act.

We fix 31 October 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
