Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CLICKWORKS LIMITED (formerly MODULETEC LIMITED) by the High Court at Dunedin pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 21 September 2023 at 10.18am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 29 October 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
