Appointment of Liquidator and

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed a liquidator for the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
