Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NUDE SKIN AND LASER CLINIC LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 15 September 2023 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE TELECOM SHOP LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 18 September 2023 at 8.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 30 October 2023.
