Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:

MEDIAR LIMITED by the High Court of Wellington, on the application of Digilowcost (Asia Pacific Limited), on 19 September 2023 at 10.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

CARTRIDGE WORLD NORTHLAND REGION LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 21 September 2023 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 10 November 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
