Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WELLY BUILDS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 31 January 2023 at 4.40pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TOPLINE KITCHENS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 2 February 2023 at 9.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the above liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 15 March 2023.
