Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan was appointed liquidator of CARDINAL WEST LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 18 September 2023 at 4.28pm.

The liquidator fixes 20 October 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority.
