On 13 September 2023 at 12.05pm, it was resolved by resolution passed by creditors at a watershed meeting pursuant to section 241(2)(d) and on 19 September 2023 at 10.30am and 11.30am by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, respectively, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 20 October 2023.
