On 15 September 2023 at 10.03am, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KAUKAPAKAPA VILLAGE CENTRE COMPANY LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
