Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named companies commenced on 13 September 2023 at 9.00am following the shareholders passing resolutions to appoint Brendon Gibson and Natalie Burrett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation of the companies.

A resolution of the board declaring solvency of each company, pursuant to section 243A of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.

The undersigned does hereby fix 4 October 2023 as the date on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
