Notice is hereby given that the solvent liquidation of STEVE FAHEY ROOFING LIMITED (formerly SPECIALISED ROOFING SYSTEMS LIMITED) (in liquidation) commenced on 11 September 2023 at 10.00am when the shareholders appointed Martin James Trimble, chartered accountant, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
A declaration signed by the director has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies stating that in the director’s opinion the company will be able to pay its debts in full in the 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.
The solvent liquidation is being undertaken as part of a restructuring following the recent cessation of business.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors. However any creditor or claimant on this company is asked to contact the liquidator urgently. For the avoidance of doubt, I hereby fix 10 October 2023 as the date by which any creditor or claimant is to make a claim, and to establish any priority their claim may have.
