Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 5 September 2023 at 11.15am, Tony Leonard Maginness, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

The liquidators fix 20 October 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
