Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Dennis Clifford Parsons, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of GARDON LIMITED on 3 February 2023 at 4.53pm, by shareholders’ resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
