Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAKE PAINTERS LIMITED by the High Court at Hamilton on 4 September 2023 at 10.50am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 12 October 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
