Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of AVEC WHOLESALERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Blenheim on 1 September 2023 at 10.20am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 16 October 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
