Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The above-named companies were placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 4 September 2023 at 3.00pm and 3.05pm respectively.

Raymond Paul Cox (Registration Number: IP94) and Gareth Russel Hoole (Registration Number: IP26), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 4 October 2023 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
