Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EXIT TO CLOSE LIMITED (in liquidation) (formerly KAIMAI CHEESE COMPANY LIMITED) and PURELAND DAIRY LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolutions of the shareholders of the companies on 23 August 2023 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PARKLANE INFRASTRUCT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 28 August 2023 at 5.09pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 8 October 2023.
