Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SCANLAN IT STAFF LIMITED (formerly LLOYD EXECUTIVE LIMITED) by the High Court at Whangarei on 28 August 2023 at 11.20am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 5 October 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
