Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MICROGEM NZ LIMITED by the High Court at Dunedin on 24 August 2023 at 10.40am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act.

We fix 2 October 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
