Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for CHOICE INDIAN SWEETS AND CAFE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 23 August 2023 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 27 September 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
