Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MARKET KITCHEN LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 16 August 2023 at 6.04pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ISTORE NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 22 August 2023 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 17 August 2023, Iain McLennan (IP82) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of 121 LIMITED (in receivership), by Dimidiate Investments Limited, over all the present and after-acquired personal property of 121 LIMITED, pursuant to a General Security Agreement dated 21 December 2020 and section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations and receivership should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 3 October 2023.
