Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Whangarei and Auckland respectively, were appointed as liquidators of the company by a vote of creditors of the company at a watershed meeting on 18 August 2023 at 11.09am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 30 September 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
