Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Brent Thomas Dickins (IP15), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, by order of the High Court at Palmerston North on 10 August 2023 at 11.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidator fixes 22 September 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and may not object to that distribution.
