Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MARINE & INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING LIMITED by the High Court at Tauranga on 14 August 2023 at 10.15am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act.

We fix 15 September 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
