Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 7192655 and 7082777

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders on 14 August 2023 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act. These are solvent liquidations.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 12 September 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
