Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of POINT CHEVALIER SOCIAL ENTERPRISE (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the trustees of the charity on 8 August 2023 at 1.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and section 24(1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 18 September 2023.
