Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Whangarei and Auckland respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 11 August 2023 at 10.56am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 6 October 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
