Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 6248405, 3157805 and 5419641

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the below-named companies by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 8 April 2023 at the times below:

• ARATAKI SYSTEMS LIMITED at 4.00pm.
• MORPH CREATIVE LIMITED at 4.00pm.
• TE REO WAINENE O TUA LIMITED at 4.15pm.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 5 September 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
