Appointment of Liquidator and

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for TEJ ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 7 August 2023 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for SINDABAD PROPERTY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 8 August 2023 at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 12 September 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
