Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of PRO FOREST MANAGEMENT LIMITED by the High Court at Napier on 29 June 2023 at 2.27pm on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 8 September 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
