Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 3 August 2023 at 11.40am.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of the company fixes 12 September 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Please Note: This is a solvent liquidation for the purpose of restructuring the shareholders’ affairs and a declaration of solvency, pursuant to section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 has been signed.
