Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MONTEGUFONI HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 25 July 2023 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BENCHSTONE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 26 July 2023 at 10.45am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PORTSIDE 307 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne on 28 July 2023 at 9.40am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Body Corporate 385226.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LEVEL TWELVE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 1 August 2023 at 2.40pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 8 September 2023.
