Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Luke Norman, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Christchurch on 20 July 2023 at 10.17am and 10.40am respectively. The appointments were made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 20 September 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
