Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Company Numbers: 1375843, 2438457, 1117653

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on 30 July 2023 at 9.22pm, 9.27pm and 8.49pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). These are solvent liquidations.

The directors had previously passed resolutions declaring that on appointment of a liquidator, the companies would be able to pay their debts.

Notice to Creditors

I fix 31 August 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
