Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LOGAN & CO LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 24 January 2023 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
