Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of its shareholder on 24 July 2023 at 11.58am.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 31 August 2023 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
