Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as liquidator of PLANTTECH RESEARCH INSTITUTE INCORPORATED at the second meeting of the members of the incorporated society held on 25 July 2023 at 11.10am.

Notice is given the liquidator fixes 22 August 2023 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993.
