Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP120) was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholder on 6 January 2023 at 11.15am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 February 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act (as amended) or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
