Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the following companies by the High Court at Auckland on 21 July 2023 on the application of the Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993:

SCOTT HOLLAND NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.14am.

IMAGINATION STATION EARLY LEARNING CENTRE LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 11.10am.

We fix 28 August 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
