Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the sole shareholder of the company appointed Adele Irene Hicks (IP#155) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP#42), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company. The liquidation commenced on 19 July 2023 at 10.00pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 18 August 2023 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
