Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Whangarei on 10 July 2023 at 10.18am. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 10 September 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
