Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 30 June 2023 at 10.24am. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
