Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that BITCACHE LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 13 July 2023 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 13 July 2023 at 11.02am and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidator whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
