Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Following a solvency resolution, Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Whangarei and Auckland respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the company’s shareholders on 12 July 2023 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 18 August 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims in the liquidation.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
