Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for HEZ CIVIL LIMITED (formerly PEGASUS DRILLING 2012 LIMITED) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 7 July 2023 at 9.45am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 14 August 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
