Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WARLAVEN INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whanganui on 29 June 2023 at 9.48am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Bracken Trustees No.1 Limited as Trustee of the Onehunga JV.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FIRECOM LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 30 June 2023 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 11 August 2023.
