Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Number IP34 and IP40 respectively) of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on 30 June 2023 at 12.29pm under section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) by resolution of creditors passed at the watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Act.

Notice is hereby given that we fix 7 August 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
