Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MACES ROAD MACHINERY 2020 LIMITED by the shareholders’ resolution pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 4 July 2023 at 4.00pm. Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville are the appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.

We fix 25 August 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
